FS Evaluation is a Canadian company dedicated to providing expert and timely medical services and specialties, including physical evaluations.

We work with a variety of rehabilitation clinics all over GTA so we can help claimants find the most convenient location. We also work directly with paralegals and lawyers, so we can provide the highest quality of customer service.
Our goal is a genuine understanding of clients’ needs, so we also provide additional services that will make our clients’ lives easier:
- We can arrange for an Independent Accredited Interpreter to be present at the assessment(s).
- We can arrange transportation for clients to and from the assessment location.
- We can also provide our clients with assistive devices to help them return to previous home and social activities.
